Admissions Online

 

 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

To complete the application process, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• Birth Certificate (copy)
• Catholic Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
• Copy of latest Report Card (Grades 2-8)
• Copy of latest Standardized Test Scores (Grades 2-8)
• Educational / Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results (IEP/504), If Applicable

After you have completed the application requirements, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable application fee of $25.
